Elastic is made up of interwoven strands of rubber or an imitative synthetic fiber. It is available in black ranging in size from 1/2" to 3" wide, as well as white in 1" & 1 1/2". A new product is our 3/8" Braided Elastic that is also Tubular! Elastic is commonly used as a replacement in a lot of different products.
